If Nedbank cannot understand why they are losing to customers than they should simply look at how their call centre and banks operate.
I wanted to reissue a debit card on my business current account and I am still waiting on the phone after 32 minutes without actually speaking with the correct department.
My call has been transferred about 6 times and been put down twice.
Why can I not just perform something so simple online? Or through their app?
