I had complained about the 10% yearly premium increase on my monthly insurance installment.
One of the Mi-Way consultants, did not go out of her way to help me with a better quote.
I then phoned back and spoke with Jeanette Mpendu and explained my situation to her.

Jeanette gave me an excellent monthly premium... better than I had expected to get!!! :-)
