Unable to process a request within 3 weeks

I lodged a request to request an early retirement option on the 24/04/2013, yet bythe 22/05/2013 this has not yet been successfully completed.
No feedback received unless I called the call centre - calleed again on the 16/05/2013 - to hear that a tax clearance had been declined by SARS - if I had not called I would not have known this - (besides the fact that the incorrect information had been submitted to SARS).
4 working days later - I called once more to hear that absolutely nothing more had been done!
Needless to say that they had already moved very quickly to transfer the payment to their trust account!

They fall short of their competitors - Momentum processed a similar request within 3 weeks.
