The call centre agents are lying to the customers to get contact nr for friends and family members. I am ashed to say that i am insured with outsurance to say the least. this is disgusting service. i will most definitely cancel my policy once my bucks back bonus has paid out. I cannot believe how the agents can blatently like that.
