Advised contact centre that I needed to cancel a new quotation due to a claim against my current policy - contact centre agent and cancellations agents were aufait with process and exceptionally helpful. Will definately be moving my business to Outsurance due to the extra mile the organisation has gone to to ensure that the right people are employed and skilled!!!
