INTERNET BANKING, CANT DO MUCH WITH MY CARD

I have been a client of ABSA since 1995 and in all the years I have never been so frustrated like I am now. I just cant believe it. After complaining here a week or so about my failure to use the internet banking and vodata, I visited their branch at Wolf Str in Kempton Park and I spent about 3 frustrating hours there. They informed me they cant pick up any problem on their system and they re-set the password in which seemed fine but on weekend it was back to the same problem again. I really cant afford to be visiting their branch every now and then for the same problem.

Also when I was there, I was informed they cant do anything about my failure to do banking via Vodata and transacting using my debit card & I should see my business banker. With exception of drawing cash, I cannot do anything with this card like doing the payments which is quite vital for my business. I asked them if my banker is in Limpopo, must then travell there to sort out this problem? Surely they can do better than that.

Also is it fair to be charged R65 for replacement of the card that has faded due to normal wear & tear? Surely those cards are not meant to last forever. I would understand on the lost one
