Last week Tuesday i got a call from a sales agent & we ended up agreeing on me starting the policy July, of which that was when the 1st debit will go through, next thing Thursday morning 09May- my account was debited for R1320.40- of which i went to my bank & reversed the payment. Thursday morning i called the call center, asking them to cancel the contract, because clearly Discovery insure cant stick to their part of the deal, i was told the cancellation department will call me between 48-72 hours- today its Thursday & i'm pretty sure the 72 hours is long over. i need that account cancelled as a matter of urgency, its bad enough that you messed up my credit record by submitting a debit order that i never agreed to. i would greatly appreciate if someone would be so kind as to cancell that account &send me confirmation that its cancelled.
