Too good for the jo

I phoned to ask for a Border pass and Bunolo greeted me with cheer and she was friendly through out the service that she rendered to me. She even sent the Border pass while I was still on the line with her. She is indeed excelent in what she does. Thanks Bunolo for making up my day.
