Branch consulted called in to stop her husband expired card at 15:32. The branch consulted was not even aware that this is an expired card which I politely explained to her. I further referred to the credit card division to enquire about the Master credit card which she states she hasn't received. As the card was stopped I needed to provide her with a reference number which is part of procedure for all recorded calls
She rudely informed me that I was not helpful and she hanged up.
As an Absa employee she should have received sufficient training in regards to credit cards.
