Bank Statement Exports Wrong

I have had a problem for the last six months or so, on my Business Banking scheduled export. The report I get is incorrect as transactions are duplicated. Using this report to do a bank recon is a nightmare. It is a report I have used for years but now does not work. I am told I am the only person that htis happens to and so far they are unable to fix it. The feedback on my problem has been very poor with me having to chase up. I do not understand how a bank can send you a report which is incorrect and then not be able to fix it. I was eventaully told it would be fixed in Jan 2013, but it's still wrong!
