I put a claim though for my first time with insurance, thought with the amount we pay for insurance, things will go smoothly. This whole process was done by ME, NOTHING from discovery. I ran around booking my car in by panel beaters and so on. endless hassle and NO support from the insurance. i then phoned them after 4-5 calls from me to them, requesting my reimbursement from them for my car that I had to pay for. To date i have not received a call from them to even say they are busy processing or just to keep in touch. i phone them, asking for feedback. i asked to speak to a manager and i just get transferred to another consultant. This is frustrating. they keep saying they will phone me back shortly, they need to follow up. YET to date i have not received a call from them nor have i received my money which i paid to fix my own car. why have insurance if i do everything???
