I noticed there were various withdrawal transactions made through my account that i had not done. I went into FNB featherbrooke to state my claim and they informed that because the withdrawals were done with what appears to be my card, i had shared my PIN with someone and a reimbursement would not be possible. They went on to say that because my account was not completely cleared out, whoever is withdrawing is someone i know. This is not the case at all, my card has never left my wallet and noone has access to my PIN. it is likely that the card was cloned and their security features are not able to detect this. It is the negligence of their security features that has led to my unrest and unhappiness. how can i trust that my money is safe with your bank?
