In November 2012 I received a re payment schedule, payments were not reflecting and I immediately took it up with my debt counsellor and sent mails to MFC.
Since then we have not received any feedback! The service here is to say the very least pathetic!
I think MFC had enough time to rectify the account or at lease reply to our emails,
