Terrible Service and Attitude

On 29/11/2012 Mr. Andrews sent a Mr. X to me for completion of a medical report. This I did and called Discovery Life on 0860-00-54-33 (number appearing on form) to collect the forms. I was asked to call Smart Services to collect the report. Smart services promised to do so. They failed to do so. Since then I must have been shunted between Discovery Life & Smart Services on 5-6 occasions. My calls get forwarded to a person called Basil. On each occasion it goes to answering machine, a message is left, but he does not call back. I have left messages with receptionist at Smart services asking Basil to call me. He never called. The medical report is still in my rooms and I am not paid for my services.
Similar bad service from Discovery Life in July 2012. Will report this in due course.
