Missing money from account

Money went missing out of my hubbys account. Today he visited the Standard Bank Branch in N1 city and they are not helpful with regards to getting his money back.

We in need of the money. He doesnt do internet banking and he has told them before not to activate it on his account but today he doiscovered that its activated.

Can someone please contact me and i will give you his details to have this sorted out.
