After numerous phone calls requesting my claim to be processed as well as 4- 5 faxes and too many emails to mention, I have reached the end of my tether. I have phoned and documented most of the phone calls, faxes and emails sent to one plan.
All my requests fall on deaf ears and claims are never processed successfully.
After literally hundreds of calls are logged, they may process half the claim (claiming that the policy doesn't cover the rest) and that may be months later.
In Conclusion:
If they fail to compensate me on a simple dentistry claim amounting to a mere R220, how much can you trust them to come through for you on a larger hospital claim amounting to hundreds of thousands of rands?
