Best customer service

Last week I had a incident regarding our final grant interest rate. I totally shocked and disappointed of the high interest rate given. I approached FNB who then said nothing could be done and that the interest rate remained the same. This was very upsetting to me as it was my first time buying a house and i had been banking with FNB for 6years already. After fighting i eventually got through to a guy by the name of Buddy Peters. I contacted Buddy, he then confirm some details that he required. I took the opportunity to explain to him what my situation was, He immediately affirmed that he understood my urgency and would try his best to see what she could do for me. Within an hour I started getting feed back, keeping me in the loop on the progress of my bond. Now that for me is customer service at its BEST. Firstly, him going out of her way to try and assist me and secondly actually following through and keeping me informed all the way. It took buddy not even one full day to carefully access my profile and offer that was given to me, and to make a fair and very reasonable offer. Thank you so much Buddy Peters FNB needs more people like you!
