In November last year I contacted one of your consultants to enquire about ABSA insuring the new property, seeing that the insured property was sold, which is financed by FNB. Your consultant could'nt help me, but promised to forward my request to a consultant which in turn would contact me. I agreed or the policy should be cancelled. None of the previous ever took place. I'm still paying for this policy. I've been trying to get hold of your consultants to either cancel the policy or change it to my new property, but to no avail. Can this urgently be sorted out.
