I was involved in an accident on the 16th of March 2013 and the policy holder from Innovation group was at fault, after giving me a hard time and tossing me from office to office on the 4th of April i received an offer from Innovation group which i signed and sent back and according to the document i signed they promised to settle within 21 working days and as i speak i still haven`t received the money and the so called 21 days has long lapsed, to be frank from what i have seen with these guys they just don`t care, they drag their feet every time i call in for clarity, my question is how such people with poor business ethics are allowed to continue doing business and breaking people`s hearts time and again, as i speak i am seating on traffic violation tickets that i have been issued as a result of driving a damaged vehicle, i know i am not the only one in such a predicament. All i want is to get my car fixed.
