Still no pay out on provident funds

I have been assitng my father in claiming his provident fund money since mid march. HisHR had already submitted the needed documents bt we still hadn't recevied the money. 10th april we went to the offices in sandton driving from Benoni spending a lot on petrol just to get feedback on its progress. We were assisted by the person mentioned and we resubmited again and she assured us by end of april payout would be done. When no payout was received we called her and she asked we do call again on the 3rd of May and we did, this time she made excuses abt documets and admin delays and ask as to call again on the 10th of May. Surely we cnt be playing with peoples financial stability like this, my dad as a morgage to pay and medical bills. We can't be travelling from Benoni to Sandton just to get excuses this is unacceptable. Fund is Alfred Teves Retirement (12/350131/1)
