Some one pls assist me!!

So I've been handed okay all good and well, but how can no one tell where my account is n how I should make arrangements to get it paid?! I've called the call centre they just put me through and give me other no's to call, they say the account is closed so they can't help me?! PLS assist! The last call recorded on their system
