Changing of debit order date

I called b3 funeral on the 20 february 2013 to change my debit from the 20th of evry month to the last dayof the month ..they emailed a form of which i did fill it in and send it back... now the problem im still debited on the 20th and now its messing up my account... what happened to customer service... im not happy at all with service
