I have been looking through my bank statements and noticed that Telesure has been deducting R65 a month from my account for the last 2 months. It is a pretty new account so I don't have many policies coming off it and I did not authorize this. I see many people have been having similar problems and wondered if anyone actually got it sorted out. I see you get a generic response from Telesure that does not actually tell you anything. I want my money for that back!
