No expiry date on product and product is powdery / chalky

I purchased a Revlon kiss cloud from the zando site on the 03th MAY 2022 i received my order.

However, i am unhappy with the product becuase of the texture of it. i cant tell if its supposed to matt as i tried a sample on my hand and it seem to be more chalky and fades away very quickly.

for the price that i paid on this product, i do not think that this is worth it. it is the first time that i have purchased a beauty product online and i am not pleased about this product.

I have the product and cannot use it as i feel that it is expired.

Kindly advise if i will be able to receive a refund?
