I purchased Pharmaco's Clearnail pen and after using it for almost a year the product failed to yield results. This is an expensive product and when I requested a refund I was told by Shakti Pillay, product manager at Pharmaco, that they do not offer refunds as this is their company's policy. Pharmaco should learn that when a product is purchased in good faith and fails to deliver on it's promise then the cost of such product should be refunded to the consumer.
