I had the unfortunate experience of booking a brazilian blow-wave through Groupon. On making the appointment with the hairdresser concerned, much to my dismay, when I arrived at the premises, I was told that the hairdresser had done a duck and owed the company that they were renting the premises from a month's rent. I was also informed that many customers had complained about the hairdresser concerned, as she had been watering the product down to make it go further and that the Brazilian blow-wave was not effective. I emailed groupon on 19 August to obtain a refund to my bank account or credit card and have had little or no response to date. I am extremely frustrated. "GROUPON REALLY "
