I purchased a voucher for a couples half day spa treatment for R699 last year November and was issued the voucher. I have made a booking for the 27 July 2013. When i looked for the voucher it doesn't appear on my account. Called and enquired and i was told that the voucher had been used. I sent proof of payment and was told on the 13 march 2013 that it will be sorted out. I called on the 9 April and Nazley told me that my refund would be paid within 2- 5 working days. After a week a called to inform them that there was no refund made into my account. I have left numerous messages and i have gotten no feedback.
