No Delivery or Proactive Update

Following the placement of an order in response to an offer from groupon, and carefully reviewing the terms as delivery, I have requested an update as to why groupon have not delivered within the agreed time, and why there has been no proactive contact regarding this.

There has been no response to my request for an update, and my initial search beyond groupon for resolution has brought me to Hello Peter.

Wow, I see now that there is a lot of energy spent from "the mothership" on fire fighting here on Hello Peter, instead of responding accordingly via their own channels to customer queries.

As the vastly outnumbered negative responses and lack of resolution is symptomatic of an organisation that is typically unable or unwilling to deliver on their promise without considerable effort from their customers, I would suggest refraining from taking up any offers from this organisation so as to avoid disappointment, as well as avoid the use of one's own time and resources in the pursuit of resolution.
