I'm extremely concerned and angered as I have not as yet received my order - my son's Christmas present - ordered 6 December 2012! This is unprofessional and I will not be using Groupon again even though I haven't had a problem in the past. There is no tracking number given at any point and I have no idea who the supplier is - I feel as though I have been!
I am not even able to look on your website to check the status of my request, as per your email, because when I try, I get the message "you do not have access to request #. It may have been solved or deleted." It hasn't been solved and if it's been deleted, I would like to see my money back in my bank account!
