Ordered last november, still nothing

I bought this groupon: "Five-point back massage cushion, including delivery" in November last year as a Christmas present.

It said allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, it was meant as a Christmas present, and I still have not received it.
I have sent though 3 requests for feedback, and still have no idea, what has happened to my order, or my money. This is daylight.
