I bought two usb chargers via Wicount. Both of them blew up when I plugged them in. I have been requesting feedback on what process to follow since the 26th February... Tarryn replied after my second request for assistance and asked for the vouchers which were on my original mail to begin with? I have since followed up 4 additional times and noone even acknowledges your mail. This is certainly the last time I buy through them if the are unable to promote decent products, and have no back up service
