Not yet received ordered and paid goods from Dec

I ordered and paid for a i-pad bluetooth keyboard cover in beginning of december 2012 and have not yet received the product. I've send a follow up mail in december 2012 and have not received any feedback. I've also tried to phone but they don't answer.
