Submitted a request two weeks ago, and still no response received. Also the link that is available to follow up on my request does not work. I eventually submitted a new request complaining about the original request as well as the broken link. I have still not received any response from Groupon. When I phoned their call centre, I eventually hung up after holding on for almost 15 minutes. This has also not been the first time that I had this problem. After waiting for a response for a week, I phoned and my issue was resolved in another weeks time. I have received nothing but poor service from Groupon SA.
