I am an avid supporter of Groupon but am slowly losing hope. I purchased a duvet on one of their deals and then complained about it on 22 February via their wesbite support address, to date I have received no response. I want to return the product as it was a "very noisy" duvet. It is a feather one but sounds very plastic and disturbs sleep. I explained that I have other down feather products and they are not as nosiy as this one... So I wanted to return this.
This is my second report an Hellopeter about Groupon, it seems this is the only way to get them to respond to customers
