I am terribly dissapointed in the service I have received from Groupon. I bought 2 vouchers for the same vendor who was unable to honour the voucher due to too many being sold. Voucher #1 - Coupon code : 58DDE-56, #2 - Coupon code: B1AC8-55. After many, many emails to Groupon requesting a refund... I still have yet to receive some sort of reply and recognition for receiving the emails I have already sent.
If I do not receive some sort of reply as to when I can expect MY money back, I will be contacting the Consumer board... I am sure they would love to hear about this.
