I am disappointed because the service I have been receiving is unsatisfactory. As indicated in the deal, payment was to be made within 10days after deal has been closed. I have contact Lee Ann and this was an email received from her(:Hi I am really sorry, I am staying late to make the payments that still need to be done, but the server has gone and the IT peope have left. Payment is ready. Please can you confirm your bank details as the dealsheet is very feintThanks, Tracey. I then called on 27/3 and spoke to Lee Anne to check on whether or not payment was made? Lee Anne your staff member was impolite and absolutely rude. She was annoyed and standoffish mannerisms have made me feel like I am a nuisance. In fact, her tone was that I am her last priority and that she really didnt care how long I had to wait. I was annoyed and upset at her response that I requested to speak to management which i was told was on leave. In conclusion may I suggest that Lee Anne be provided with training to deal with customers. I eagerly wait your response.
