I AM TIRED OF SENDING MAILS WHICH COMES BACK UNDELIVERED, STAFF JUST PASSING THE BUCK, AND STILL NO REFUND. I PURCHASED TO GROUPON/ZANDO VOUCHERS, AND AMAZINGLY THERE WAS A GLITCH. AFTER I REQUESTED A REFUND ANOTHER LINK WERE MAILED TO ME. AGAIN A GLITCH, BUT WITH ANOTHER LINK TO SENDING A REQUEST TO GROUPON IT - SERIOUSLY, DOES IT EXIST?? NOW, AFTER THE WAITING PERIOD IT IS NOW 3 WEEKS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND. IF ANY CUSTOMER THINKING ABOUT USING GROUPON, PLEASE READ HERE FIRST. THERE IS A PROBLEM WHEN SENDING THEM MAILS - COMES BACK UNDELIVERED: RECIPIENT COULD NOT BE REACHED - YET THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE RECIPIENT WHEN YOU HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENT. I WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVED BEFORE END OF BUSINESS ON 27 MARCH AS THIS MATTER HAS BEEN DRAGGING ON FOR A LONG TIME. AND DO NOT SEND ME A STANDARD RESPONSE!
