I purchased a Morphy Richards fan set from Groupon which they delivered. One fan was faulty so I notified them after which they collected the broken one. After that, I didn't hear from them again until I phoned them a week later. They were unable to give me much information but I was told that they can replace the fan if I am willing to wait a while for more stock to come in. After not hearing anything from them, I phoned them again and was told that they can't replace the fan. All they can do is refund me after collecting the other fan that I have been using for the past month. I am annoyed because after this whole mission of making payments, assembling, all my phone calls etc, I will have no fans. What an absolute waste of time!! Next time I will rather do my shopping in-store. MUCH less of a mission.
