Requested a second credit / refund for a massage at Hilton Spa on 22 July based on a reliable friend's dreadful experience at said spa. To date, despite numerous e-mails, my request has been flatly ignored, and clearly the Groupon agent hasn't bothered to read my original e-mail properly. Quite frankly, Groupon, you shouldn't be in business because you not only are uncontactable, but you rip people off and then 'hide'. Utterly unacceptable!
