Various calls to the call centre, only to be informed that they will never have stock
Was not informed of this fact if i did not call
Agreed that i will be refunded and provided all required detail to do so.
Since feb, still no refund
Subsequent calls to call center requesting to speak to senior gets cut off immediately?
What goingo here, selling something you dont have, not informing the client of this fact and then not actioning a refund of his money? Surely this is a reportable offence ito the CPA?
