I also purchases a product on Dealclick on the 30 August 2013 and on confirmation it said up to 14 Days for delivery.
I cannot find a contact number anywhere.
No one even tried to make contact from their side to insure that you are informed that your order and payment was received and will be delivered to you shortly.
I have ordered online before with other companies and have never had these problems.
Please can someone assist ASAP.
