ORDERED PRODUCT 2 MONTHS LATER NOTHING

I PLACED MY ORDER ON THE 17/01/2013, IT IS NOW THE 12 MARCH 2013 ALMOST 2 MONTHS LATER AND NOTHING HAS ARRIVED, ASKING THEM WHAT HAS HAPPENED AFTER MANY EMAILS THEY SAY THEY HAVE NO STOCK. I QUESTIONED THEM ON ALL THE BAD REPORTS ON HELLOPETER AND THEY COME BACK WITH: THERE ARE GOOD REMARKS TOO!! WHAT A JOKE!!! TOO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, BAD BAD BAD SERVICE, YOU PAY AND WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT AND NOTHING COMES, I EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND ALL YOU GET IS HELLO GROUPIE WELL LOOK INTO IT. THEY YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND THE ITEMS AND YOU CAN SEE THIS BY ALL THEIR NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS!! DONT GET CAUGHT IN THEIR . AND THE TELESALES ATTITUDES WHEN YOU GET CROSS IS DISGUSTING.
I WANT A REFUND AND THEY CAN KEEP THEIR!! NOW I MUST WAIT FOR A REFUND.
THIS GROOUPON IS A JOKE AND I WILL NEVER BUY ON LINE AGAIN, I WOULD RATHER PAY FULL PRICE THAN HAVE THE AGGRAVATION OF DEALING WITH PEOPLES MENTALITY THAT HAVE NO CLASS AND RESPECT DEALING WITH A CUSTOMER.
PATHETIC SERVICE. THEN THEY BLAME THEIR SUPPLIERS WHEN I ASKED FOR SUPPLIERS DETAILS THEY SAY ITS BREACH OF CONTRACT THEY CANT! BWAHHH WHAT RUBBISH
