Hi, I refer to a previous HelloPeter comment, and without going into too much detail, it was for a product ordered in December - no delivery, AS WELL as a cancellation request last Tuesday (05/03/2013). The ticket numbers are: #658719 (no delivery) and #709980 (cancellation).
For both of the above, I contacted your call centre and was told "it has been assigned to an agent", no explanation of by when I could expect a response, nothing. I do not even want the cash reimbursed, you can just credit my account as I was hoping to buy more deals in the future, but it's sad that there's no feedback.
The link to your "Zendesk" also doesn't work as it prompts me for a user-name and password, and when I enter the same details I use to access my normal Groupon account, it says the password is invalid. My password was also reset and still no luck.
I just need proper feedback PLEASE.
