ABOUT A MONTH BACK I PURCHASHED THE VOUCHER FOR A PHOTO SHOOT

2WEEKS AFTER THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE VOUCHER

I SPOKE TO CHANTAL SHE SAID THE PAYMENT WASNT ALLOCATED IN TIME AND SHE WOULD EMAIL ME A REQUEST FOR THE REFUND - AND I MUST REPLY WITH MY BANK DETAILS

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL FROM CHANTAL

I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS SINCE THE 20-02-2013, WITH NO REPONSE

I WANT THIS REFUND PROCESSED TODAY
