Hi

I purchased tickets to the Home makers Expo via EFT through Groupon< days passed and no one got back to me, after about 4 days I decided to call and find out what is happening, I spoke to a ldy by the name of Chantarl Norman and explained my situation and to my suprise she told me that they never received payment and asked me to send her proof, I sent her the proof on the 27/03/2013 and up until today I havent heard from her, she ignores my mail and my telephone calls. I really feel I should have listened to my friend when he warned me not to trust groupo.

All I want is my refund and I will never use this shame or sorry excuse of a service
