No response for proof of payment

On January 14 i purchased 2 hot stone treatment vouchers on groupon and got the reference number GRPZAREBDE31, i paid via eft and sent through proof on the 17th. i have never got any feedback from groupon, on the 21st i called and spoke to Zulfa who checked and told me my proof of payment had not been processed and that she was going to try and contact the service department to try and find out what was happening. it's 3 days later today and i still do not know where my R576 has bought me what i wanted or as usual they will come and say that teh promotion is no longer available.
