I have purchased a samsung Led monitor at groupon SA, and queried and escalated this issue with them numerous times, but they absolutely fail on delivering. They promise you the world when you phone them, but fail to deliver. They have been very unprofessional in dealing with this issue and i have in fact mentioned to them that i would be calling them again after three week, to followup simply because i know that the would not followup. I am not sure what has happened to the concept of customer service because groupon sa clearly does not understand this principle.
I am frantic about this, because this was intended as a gift, nothing will save me from the embarrassment of not being able to provide a gift to someone close. This is absolutely shocking. Infact i will post my concern on twitter, facebook, whatsapp and other social media platforms.
