Please will you kindly refund myself and my friend. I was the bride who timeously made a booking with this Spa Monrose.
She cancelled on us 4 hrs before our appointment and a day before my wedding.
Her excuse is her son was being discharged from hospital and she had no one
to fetch him, i fail to understand why inform us 4 hrs before the
appointment when her son was in hospital for and2 weeks.
She made promises to refund myself and my friend R742 each for the
inconvience as we needed to seek out and alternative and pay for another
spa that wasn't budgeted for.

Uurgent refund would be appreciated and double as she promised.
