How dare you mislead customers and give them false information? Despite all the complaints on this site, you make no attempt to rectify the problem. Furthermore, you are selling more vouchers for eReaders, yet previous orders have not been delivered yet. I WANT MY eREADER DELIVERED THIS WEEK, SO PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.
