Voucher Security Code D2E4C33F7D was redeemed on 9/1/2013 but still no delivery or response to email requesting an update. Consumers should not have to put up with the poor service Groupon subjects them to. Why send out surveys when you make no attempt to improve your service levels? The only reason I have still used Groupon is to use up the credit I had on my account. Can you now please let me know when I can expect my order.
